What FootySweep is

FootySweep is a free-to-play football predictions game for entertainment. There is no entry fee, no money, no wagering, and no prizes. You play for the leaderboard and bragging rights only. It is not a betting, gambling, or real-money product.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it; no abusive, unlawful, or harassing behaviour toward other players; no scraping or automated bulk access. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Predictions and results

Predictions lock when a match starts. Match results and scoring are sourced from third-party data providers and updated automatically; we aim for accuracy but don't guarantee it and may correct errors.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FootySweep is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
